Donations

Hopkinton State Fair relies on admission revenue to operate the fair. We do our very best to support organizations that support our community.
All donation requests must be made through our online application, no requests by phone or mail will be accepted.
All requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of the fair.
We reserve the right to evaluate each request and approve the number of tickets on a case-by-case basis.
Hopkinton State Fair is unable to provide financial sponsorships or program advertising in support of fundraising events.
In exchange for our donation, reciprocation in the form of advertising, promotion or other publicity is greatly appreciated.
